in 1R, we have been exploring the work of the famous artist Piet Mondrian. We have researched his work and chose and wrote about our favourite pieces. We then moved on to creating our own replications of Mondrian’s work.

Last week we were lucky enough to be visited by an artist. During our art workshop we did lots of different activities. London’s Skyline

This week in Geography we have been learning all about famous cities such as London and their landmarks. We can now confidently name all the buildings which make up London’s skyline.  To further enhance our learning we recreated London’s skyline using our 2d shapes.
